Great Freight Company
By the far the worst company ever
They quote something very low to earn your business and then they bill you twice for the service. Very unprofessional agents and bunch of liars with ZERO customer service.
I currently have a case open against them with BBB and fixing to take them to court if issue is not resolved. Kerrie Postgate was my agent and she lied about everything. She is unprofessional agent who has no regards to customer service. I advise anyone who is reading this, to stay away from this company.
Think twice before you do any business with them. In the past, they apologized and resolved the issue by adjusting the invoice.
I guess this time they got very greedy and may be they lost faith in their company model and decided that they no longer need to offer a good customer service. Their horrible reputation online tells the whole story.

Globaltranz is a pricing platform at best. There is no service, there is no guarantee of the quoted price, there is no communication, there is no support when things go wrong (and they do go wrong with Globaltranz).
They are an absolute disgusting company to work with. Regardless of their quote make sure you read the fine print as you will be billed several times. Even when you give them the cube their rates don't hold up and secondary billings come in. Damaged freight, you're on your own.

Double your quoted rate with Don Mowry/ Global Tranz/ Carrier Rate
Don Mowry is also a Liar and Thief, does not honor the rates quoted, then wants to blame you for his lack of communication. A little customer service goes a long way.
Don wants to sit back and collect commissions with no participation to his service what so ever!
The bills come in double of what they were quoted at, and then He goes manic when you call him out on it. Don there is medication for that type of outburst, but maybe if you actually took part in the service there would be no need for your outburst in the first place.

I have very similar problem with the others. They do not stick with their quote and they lie about dimensions and weight.
Thanks god I changed my credit card info so they weren't able to charge me. I am still fighting with them and I will until I get clear answers. They act like they are mafia or something. They think they can just bill whatever they want.
My agent is not helping at all he is like sponge head.
First he said dimension was wrong, and then he said weight is wrong, and then he said cubic feet was wrong. He has no f....ing clue.

Chris Tucker--- The worst agent who could represent GLOBALTRANZ.
We have a good relationship with GLOBALTRANZ and agents like Chris Tucker play with the companies name, lies about the shippers lieas about the carrier!Gave us load and please notice after I called on him and he said that the trailer needs to be dropped by noon I said that the truck is in Washington and will not be able to do that drop by that time cause it was 10:30 AM, then 30 minutes later he called me back with the same load and said that driver can be there late by 3 pm, we sent out the truck and found out that the shipper cuts off at 12 pm, the shipper told me that the broker lies (Chris Tucker) he told me that the driver was let but he new the ETA of the driver and he made a check call with us at 1 pm and was told that the truck will be at the shipper at 2:30 Pm -or 3 Pm he was fine with that too, long story short, first said we were late, then said the shipper didn't tell him that they wont load him if he arrives late,then just kept telling that there was appointment time at 12 and we missed it, so he thinks he is smart head instead of thinking that idiots like him make a problem for carriers like we are with their non- professional way of doing business!

Worst customer service !!! Google this company first and see the horror stories of all the customers they have ripped off, DO NOT use this company for your shipping, I got a quote for $300 to ship some freight , A few weeks later they charged my card $677 on top of the $300 without notifying me or even giving me a invoice, When I called they said it was for back charges and refused to credit me back, BEWARE !!!
THEY WILL GIVE YOU GREAT QUOTE BUT WILL BACK CHARGE YOU , BETTER TO SHIP WITH A HONEST COMPANY THAT TREATS IT CUSTOMERS WELL, THE GLOBAL SALES REPS WILL LIE TO YOU AND IF HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT RETURN MESSAGES ( DYLAN WILLIAMS) . Globaltranz fails epically
Roadrunner Transportation suxx which is evident but when they do not deliver on time, Globaltranz will refuse to help when a shipment does not arrive on time. Claiming they are a 3rd party and have no control over .
My suggestion is to not ship via globaltranz. Out of all our brokers, they have the most freight adjustments out of all the top brokers. Cheap rates out of the gate but you get porked on rebills.
Also, if you get connected with Jonathan Dixon, Jeremy Woodson or Bobby Stranger you will get screewed over after the rebill you over and over.
"Back to where we were before, where is the shipment exactly? What type of compensation will GlobalTranz offer due to a shipment taking 10 business days (at least 20 calendar days) before they get their shipment? You sitting there and stating in essence “it gets there when it gets there” will not fly with this buyer and I am sure that will not help the situation if they decide to take legal action."
"None of these shipments are time sensitive but are just taking way too long. Compound that with horrible tracking and lying to anyone who calls on where the shipment is and you not responding after a few hours if at all. If a carrier lists a transit time then they should be inclined to make some attempt to hit it even if it is a feeble one. The underlying issue is that if you are representing a carrier, you have to hold them accountable to a point and it is not happening. You take the money but then claim neutrality when they screw up."
